All rooms are new modern furnished, there are smaller single bed rooms of about 12m2 up to the really biggest rooms more than 25m2. Its possible to book the huge rooms also for 2 persons. Booking the room for two persons increases the monthly fee by 350 € All rooms are furnished with singlebed 90x200 or doublebed 140x200 incl. bedcover, night stand, wardrobe, desk, chair and direct wifi-access. In each flat there is an open kitchen area fitted with with a complete kitchen and possibilities for sitting in these common areas. Also there are 2 showers and 2 toilets in the floor for common use of all guests. There is twice a week a professional cleaning of the common areas in each flat. In Addition, we provide a bycicle storage in the courtyard of the Taunusstraße. (No liability) The area is really very central, all banks and consulant companies are only a few minutes walk away. All public transfer facilities are near by. The area "Bahnhofsviertel" in Frankfurt is a hot spot for the scene, it’s a multi culture mix but also the red light district is situated here. There are a lot of bars, night clubs, cafés, restaurants and all shopping facilities are just around the corner, same as alle banks and also the river main with many facilities for relaxing, jogging or biking. The all incl. rooms are available starting with € 815 per month. NB: Cleaning fee one time between 200€ and 300 € Singleday booking is possible if space available (55€/day...
